The Upholsterers is a well-established company based in our local town and after 8 years Laura and her team felt in order to broaden the appeal of their business (particularly online) it was time for a rebrand. They approached us after doing a search of local design companies and felt our work resonated with them and what they wanted to achieve.
The brief supplied to us was to produce a brand that didn't alienate their existing customer base but gave them the ability to reach into the urban online home wares market and compete with larger businesses in this market. The flexible tag design we produced is modern yet is grounded solidly in the core of the business.
A full ecommerce website was the next stage of this comprehensive rebrand and we have built. We built the site with SnipCart integration to allow for simple purchasing online. As the business has grown we were please to be able to then take the Upholsterers website to the next level by migrating the site to our full ecommerce platform, MerchantWorks.
A rebrand of this type of business requires a large 'kit of parts' in terms of output and we have designed and (supplied) to date a full stationary packet, advertising, bags, tags, shop signage and livery - all whilst maintaining strict brand guardianship.
