The Langmead Group is a diverse, consumer focused collection of fresh food, farming and property businesses operating across the world as is one of the largest land owners in West Sussex. They approached us directly to produce a completely new brand for their Estates company, Landlink Estates.
After a successful round of tendering we were chosen to produce a complete brand for Landlink, a property company undertaking both direct and funded development including joint ventures the promotion of strategic land for planning initiatives whilst managing an established mixed-use portfolio. The land holding and that of the wider group company is in excess of 6,500 acres across Sussex and Suffolk. Whether its homes, offices or employment spaces, Landlink create places where people want to live and work.
After extensive market research and a 4 round design and refine process we have supplied a versatile and comprehensive set of brand guidelines and logos variants which cover a multitude of cross media applications from signage and stationary to advertising and digital applications.
We have also designed and delivered Landlink a fully responsive SEO optimised website that demonstrates the capability of Landlink in maximising value from strategic land through development and asset management whilst also raising awareness and increasing it's market presence.
